Recently a container ship off the coast of Washington and Canada lost 40 containers in a windstorm, only to have some of the remaining containers catch fire a few days later. (the MV Zim Kingston) News reporters will tell you that this is an accurate snapshot of the Christmas gift market this year. Thankfully, here at Timberdoodle, we do not anticipate quite that scenario.
With the addition of our new warehouse, we were able to stock up on our main inventory and, in most cases, should be able to meet your needs rapidly this season. However, there are a couple of things to note:
- Shipping is exceptionally unpredictable this year. Plan for shipments to take twice as long to arrive, and you won't be disappointed. Currently, orders are leaving our warehouse within 1-3 business days!
- Quantities are limited! We also have a couple of specialty items that we are very excited to introduce to you over the next few weeks. Unlike our core items, these will have limited availability, and when they are gone, they are gone.
- Black Friday starts now! We will be running multiple 4-day sales between now and December 10th, and we may rerun sales, if inventory allows, on Black Friday. However, we will not be launching a better sale price on these items at that time.
- Once an item is gone, it will not be back this season. Unless that item is part of a curriculum kit, we will be refunding any out-of-stock items.
