    Success

We started with Math U See and neither my child nor I liked it. We switch to Horizons and it’s so much better for us. We both like the spiral approach better and the pages are colorful and whimsical, which you wouldn’t think matters that much, but it does. It makes it feel more approachable.

My 1st grader seems to really enjoy the workbook and gets it done quickly! The teacher guide doesn't really seem all that helpful but, as it's 1st grade math, I'm still comfortable teaching it without the guide.

    Awesome set!

Great curriculum, the lessons build on one another and have tons of review from previous lessons to really teach the concepts for long term recall. Bright, colorful, easy to teach, and fun for my son! I will be going with Horizons every year!
