Painless Chemistry
Yes, chemistry really can be painless, understandable, and fun! Chemistry 101, from the same great makers as our popular Biology 101, takes the essentials of chemistry and presents them in an enjoyable DVD format. Four Areas of Study
Chemistry 101 is divided into four main sections: The Road to the Periodic Table, Chemistry Essentials, Meet the Elements, and The Future of Chemistry. By the end of Chemistry 101, you will understand what the Periodic Table means and how to balance chemical equations. You will also have an introductory knowledge of every element and have learned a plethora of scientific history, from Tubal-Cain to Robert Boyle, from alchemy to discovering sub-atomic particles.

Filled with visual explanations, humorous asides, and a handful of simple experiments that you can replicate, Chemistry 101 is a chemistry DVD your entire family will enjoy.

”Honestly, I wasn't sure how I would feel about this course as I am a textbook kind of gal, but I knew we were desperate and needed a change. I wish I had not waited as long as I did to introduce this program into to our school, and look forward to using it again with our last child.”

    Enjoyable

After years of not being happy with both public & private school, I decided to homeschool my high schooler. My daughter is enjoying this program. I've never seen her excited about Science.

    Great Christian Worldview

I bought this DVD to accompany the PAC curriculum for my 15 year old son. We do the PAC Mon-Wed and this DVD on Thur. It's a great change up after the bookwork the first part of the week. When they are turned on the whole family ends up watching them. These are interesting, engaging and teach a solid Christian Worldview which is a nice addition to our Science giving my son a well rounded education. I highly recommend these and will be using them with my younger sons.

    Chemistry 101

I am pretty interested in chemistry. This is very interesting, the videos are good. I think they did a really good job making the CDs. Most chemistry books and videos are kind of hard to understand. This one is easier. It makes me want to be a chemist when I grow up.
