2024 Nonreligious 5th Grade Handbook + Scheduler

The Timberdoodle Handbook is very helpful in organizing and explaining each item in the kit. The helpful ideas for additional reading and for scheduling are useful. I did not find the online scheduler to be a great benefit, as it did not fully align with each section in many of the workbooks and did not offer a substantial degree of customization. However, the printed handbook has proven pretty useful and we continue to refer to it frequently during the week.

I don't really use the Handbook, but it has been helpful when trying to sync up with the Scheduler. The scheduler is where it's at! It's worth all the money and makes any curriculum really simple to do. Just follow it. LOVE it!

As busy parents (farmer and business owners) we were happy to have these to guide us as new to homeschooling and have dialog with our two sons on what would work best for all of us. I for one really appreciate the online scheduler too, it allows us to see on paper what we need to do and have the flexibility to move things around or push through others to have time for adventuring.

This is my first year homeschooling and I loved the way Timberdoodle approaches homeschool. The scheduler and handbook are a must have! The handbook helped me understand each curriculum piece and explains how to break each item down for teaching. I enjoyed the explanations and stories in the handbook as well. Also, one of the best parts of the handbook is it becomes a keepsake for your child. My son drew his self portraits and answered his first day questions in the beginning. We are 4 weeks in and are in love with Timberdoodle! Thank you!!
