Has my order shipped?
Due to high order volume, orders are currently shipping within 2-3 weeks. If you have not received an email with tracking info or need assistance you can contact us at customerservice@timberdoodle.com for an update.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Call us at 800-478-0672 as soon as you realize you need to change/cancel an item. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, please understand that once an order is in the queue for the warehouse it cannot be revised.
How do I track my order?

An item is missing or has not arrived.
Sometimes you order so much crazy smart goodness that we have to ship it to you in two boxes! Check your tracking information email to see if that your order is coming in multiple boxes. Occasionally an item will be drop-shipped or backordered. The packing slip included with your order will indicate if this is the case. When will my backorder arrive?
