Does Timberdoodle Collect Sales Tax

Timberdoodle collects sales tax for certain states.  These currently include:

• Kansas
• Kentucky
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• Michigan
• Minnesota
• Nevada
• North Carolina
• Ohio
• Oklahoma
• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Tennessee
• Texas
• Virginia
• Washington
• Wisconsin

We're not required to collect sales tax in the states not listed above.

If you are a customer living in a state that we do not collect sales tax for, please be aware that you may still be responsible for paying the sales (use) tax due in your location. States such as HI, LA, PR, and VT require us to provide them with an annual report of customers and sales made in their jurisdictions.
