Read Over and Over

We read this book over and over (and over). Definitely a favorite for my daughter and one she chose to take to her room to continue re-reading after the school year was over. Simple science topics are introduced in really kid friendly, decidedly Berenstain bears funny, ways. Just right for early elementary school!

We Love The Berenstain Bears

This book was a fun way to learn about science facts, with familiar characters my daughter loves. It was a nice break to read a book without having to answer worksheets at the end. This was an overall great boo to read.

Enjoyable

This book is quite enjoyable, however, I must say it did feel as if it was not an educational tool. It's a good book to read as a fun pastime but I would not include it in my science curriculum.

Nostalgic

Brings me back to my childhood reading. Loved the berenstain bears as a kid and am enjoying sharing that experience with my own child. It is a great book to present an overall sweep of science. While it doesn't go into too much detail on each item, it provides just enough information for little ones.
