Day and Night--Toddler Thinking Skills

Logic for toddlers? Renowned for their single-player games for the older child, Smart Games also has games for the littlest thinker. Day and Night Logic Game is a charming logic game using colors, shapes, and silhouettes. Each challenge is incrementally more complex than the last and is geared toward your child's growing and developing thinking and motor skills.

Eighteen Months to Four Years

The twenty-four vibrant Day cards clearly indicate where each colorful piece should be stacked. The more advanced Night cards show only silhouettes. Day and Night focuses on developing your child's visual sequencing and spatial problem-solving. Day and Night includes ten chunky wooden puzzle pieces with twenty-four Day and twenty-four Night challenges for children eighteen months to four years old.

From the Manufacturer:
Can you shed some light on the dark? Day & Night is a fun-filled game of logic that evolves in step with your child’s growing skills. Kids arrange and stack the pieces to match the challenges on the included challenge booklet. Just as night follows day, the "day" challenges provide a great start that gradually build up to the more advanced "night" challenges.

    Creative, Unique & Innovative

What a splendid and original puzzle toy! My almost 3 year old loves this and plays with it almost every day. I've had to start limiting his time with it so it stays fresh and makes him want to try harder.

There is a nifty card holder that is part of the puzzle to keep the card upright and in your little scholar's sight. It's a dream for kinesthetic and fidgety learners like my son who NEED to be handling and touching something to focus and learn. I love watching my son concentrating on solving the next puzzle and studying what is needed next and what (if anything) needs to be corrected. For promoting logical thinking the Day and Night puzzle is a smash hit for us.

    Advanced

While this is a bit too advanced for my daughter, I still find it to be a nice addition to our homeschool. She enjoys playing with the pieces for now, but hopefully later she will be more willing to complete the challenges.

    great work

Our kiddo loves this work and he's able to do it indecently after about a month or so. The challenges on the back are a bit hard so we do those together.
