Mathematical Reasoning Grades 4-6 Supplement

If your current mathematical program is weak in reasoning skills, or if your student needs additional help with this topic, then the Mathematical Reasoning Grades 4-6 Supplement is for you.

Most parents know that a child who only memorizes math facts without really understanding math will find progressively complex concepts more and more difficult to understand. But what they erroneously think is that such problems arise about the time a child is memorizing the multiplication table. Not so.

Reading is an essential skill that is tightly woven throughout our entire day. On the other hand, math tends to be a more sporadic subject, important when you need it and then quickly set aside. That is why a child must be able to reason his way through any mathematical problem.

The focus of the Mathematical Reasoning Grades 4-6 Supplement is not to teach your students arithmetic facts or skills. Instead, it is designed to develop the ability to apply analytical and reasoning skills to a wide variety of mathematical concepts.

Throughout these activities, you will build logical, analytical, investigative, and explanatory skills, and explore quantitative and spatial relationships, an essential foundation for mathematical understanding. Wouldn't you like for your student to not merely solve math equations but comprehend them?

Great Math Product

When I preview these books for my children, I find myself wanting to do the book myself! They really are so fun to look through and my children understand the graphic display of the math concepts so much more easily than textbook type formats.

Great product

My son loves math so this was a great product for him. Even though some of the stuff he has not learned yet if we explain to him how to do it he gets it! So I love that we bought this cuz it challenges him to do harder work. He loves this and if I try to skip if for the day he is like hey where is my math worksheet! Which is great. Thanks for a great product!
