Practical Critical Thinking Grades 9-12

With increasing episodes of fake news and social media's inclination to believe and repeat it, your teen needs to learn how to think critically. He needs Practical Critical Thinking. This colorful 384-page book will give your teen the knowledge he will need to develop and practice critical thinking skills in his day-to-day life.

Through fun, real-life-based activities, games, and puzzles, Practical Critical Thinking will build a strong foundation in the essential thinking skills necessary to help your teen apply critical thinking directly to his own life.

The occasional group activities can be easily adapted for a homeschool setting. The detailed, 304-page Teacher's Manual is highly recommended and is included in this bundle.

Note: Some pages included may not be suitable for all families. Most notable are the pages that discuss how retailers aim for "sex appeal" in advertising. While this wouldn't be appropriate for all ages, high school graduates will need to know how to discern this among other advertising ploys.

Very colorful & fun

Out of all of the books we received my daughter's school year, this is the one she was most excited about. It's very colorful with lots of fun pictures that draw her in. Plus it's teaching her to think outside of the box and come up with different solutions for problems. We love it!
