Lab Kit for Exploring the Building Blocks of Science Book 6

Have you ever used Building Blocks of Science and wished you had a prebuilt lab kit with all of the supplies you needed instead of going out and getting the items yourself? Have you thought about using Building Blocks of Science but felt intimidated by searching several stores to gather all of the lab supplies? Make your life easier, and save a ton of time by purchasing the lab supply kit that correlates to the experiments in Building Blocks of Science 6.

The lab kit contains 34 items you may not, or likely would not, have around the house. You will still need to gather a few things from around the house, like a few standard office supplies, some kitchen items, etc. You may also have to buy food items, but trust us, this is a good thing. You do not want a kit shipped to your house full of fresh fruits, vegetables, and cheese that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf.

However, for the things you would have to pick up at the craft store, hobby store, and/or superstore, this handy kit has virtually all of them in just the quantities you'll need to complete your experiments. This kit also does not include a handful of optional items that you won't find in your home, so you'll need to pick those up if you choose to conduct those experiments or parts of experiments.

Note: this kit is designed to be used by a parent or teacher with a child. It is not intended for use by children 12 and under unsupervised.

    Great kit

Includes everything you need but probably won’t have just lying around your house. Super convenient!

    You still need a microscope...

This kit is great, but doesn't include a microscope which is needed for the curriculum. Nor does it mention that you will need one, which was a bummer of a surprise. Maybe let readers know that the curriculum does require one for some of the experiments!

    Amelia,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We are sorry for your disappointment! After reading your review, we took another look at our write-up online and realized that we had not been as clear about what was or was not included in the lab kit as we wished we had been. For that, I sincerely apologize.
The maker of the Lab Kits has omitted some of the more 'optional' items to help reduce costs, but families who want to be able to complete ALL of the experiments will need to purchase some of the more exclusive items.
I hope this makes sense. We have since gone out and added some clarification to our website so families can now purchase with a more precise understanding of what is included and what is omitted. Again, I apologize for the frustration we caused and thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.

    Very Interesting

My daughter loves doing these experiments. She’s always begging me to let her due her science curriculum.
