2024 Nonreligious 4th Grade Handbook + Scheduler

This piece is the most important to me. I read it first before I do anything with my kit. It has so much information in it that I wouldn't get from just looking through the individual pieces of our curriculum kit and the tips for homeschooling. Then there is the reading challenge and the scheduler too! Even if you don't get a kit, just getting this for the scheduler is worth it. You can customize so much in the schedule.

I have used the timberdoodle schedulers for several years and have been pleased with them. I was excited about this update as it would allow for taking single days off. Unfortunately, there’s a glitch they are working through that doesn’t allow it quite yet- but timberdoodle customer service is awesome and they are working to resolve this. My only other complaint is that I wish you could manually move stuff around. For example, we do several days of literature a week and I don’t care what days it’s scheduled on. Unfortunately, sometimes the program will pack 3 lessons on one day of the week instead of sprinkling them out throughout the week. I probably need to go in and be very deliberate about when things are scheduled instead of leaving it up to the program. Overall, I’ll continue to use this product as I think it’s the best out there.

We loved the online scheduler. The kiddos loved the reading suggestions and it was nice to have some things broken down.

The curriculum handbook is such a useful resource. I love how it provides detailed information about each item in the kit as well as a guide for the reading challenge.

This is my first year homeschooling and I loved the way Timberdoodle approaches homeschool. The scheduler and handbook are a must have! The handbook helped me understand each curriculum piece and explains how to break each item down for teaching. I enjoyed the explanations and stories in the handbook as well. My daughter is loving the reading challenge that is included in the handbook. There is a great list of recommendations for books as well! Also, one of the best parts of the handbook is it becomes a keepsake for your child. My daughter drew her self portraits and answered her first day questions in the beginning. We are 4 weeks in and are in love with Timberdoodle! Thank you!!
