Beginning Thinking Skills Review by Homeschool Gameschool

    review by Homeschool Gameschool

”Activities are brightly colored, organized, and sequenced in small sections that are perfect for young minds. Preschoolers aren’t designed to sit still and do written work, and with this book they aren’t expected to.”

    Hours of work and entertainment

This book has literally...everything...you could want or hope to teach your preschooler. I mean it covers ALL of the topics and then some. There is so much to cover and a lot to do in this book. My son struggles with workbook stuff but he is amenable to Building Thinking Skills. The title of this book is on point, it definitely teaches critical thinking. Hopefully it helps my son build in this department along with following directions. I like it very much.

    Family favorite

This is a fantastic book to grow my youngest students' critical thinking skills. The artwork leaves something to be desired at times, but that is it's only down-side!

    Not my kid's favorite

Not my kid's favorite item to complete each day. While I quite like how it teaches, my daughter isn't a big fan. I think it has more to do with the amount of things on each page. Just may be a bit too much for her. I have started to cover parts of each page or draw the shapes on a white board to help entice her to finish a lesson which has helped alot.
