Great program but requires a lot of prep & supplies

We're really enjoying this program and pair it with lessons on the PBS website. Something I didn't realize was the amount of supplies necessary for this course. Most of the supplies are things you probably have laying around the house but it does call for a microscope, slides, etc. (I think you can print a list of weekly supplies needed - it would be worth looking at that prior to ordering to make sure you've got everything needed.)

The workbook is very engaging and worded at an age-appropriate level.

Using this curriculum will help solidify knowledge that my son was learning in 6th grade but had trouble retaining.
