Good as a supplement!

This is great as a supplement when your or your student need something a bit self-directed for a day or a season. I didn't find it to be a great full writing curriculum though. It focuses too much on creative writing at an age when most students are still learning how to use the writing tools needed for creative writing.

We like Daily 6 trait and have been using it for both kiddos for two years now. I have liked seeing how it has helped my children to grow in their writing skills. I like how it explains definitions at the top, and we love to look at the journal at the end of the year and see their progress.
